How do I order?
Please fill out the form on the order page. Please note this is an order REQUEST form and your order is not placed until Holly contacts you to confirm all order details. For orders larger than 60 cookies please contact Holly directly at (607) 857-3647.
Do you use fondant or royal icing for cookie decorating?
No, I do not use fondant or royal icing. I prefer decorating with soft icing because I believe cookies should taste just as good as they look. My decorating style focuses on creating beautiful designs while maintaining a soft texture and delicious flavor in every bite.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash or Venmo (@Holly-Wright-58108). Orders must be paid in full at or before pickup or delivery.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! I offer local delivery to Waverly, NY, Sayre, PA, and Athens, PA.
If you prefer to pickup your order, the pickup location is:
1 Division St. Waverly, NY.
Pickup orders will be placed in the cooler by the front door and labeled with your name.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
Unfortunately, I am not able to accommodate food allergies at this time. All products are made in a home kitchen where common allergens may be present, and cross-contact can occur. For your safety, each product includes ingredient and allergen information on its label so you can review it before purchasing.
How far in advance should I place my order?
For large orders (60+ cookies) orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance. All other orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.
Do you offer custom cookie designs?
Yes! You can browse the photos in the Gallery section of the website to see examples of designs I have done in the past. If you have an idea in mind but don't see it in the Gallery feel free to contact me at (607) 857-3647, or fill out the order request form detailing what you would like and I will contact you to discuss further.
Can you add a custom message to my cookie order?
Absolutely! I can create sugar cookie letters to spell out names, birthdays, and other special messages. Because each letter is an additional cookie and requires extra decorating time, custom lettering is available for an additional charge.
How are your cookies packaged?
For assortments of cookies, each cookie is individually wrapped to maintain flavor profile. You can choose to have individually wrapped cookies placed on a tray, or in a small gift box or basket. For large orders (60+ cookies) packaging will be discussed when you speak with Holly to place your order.
