Nothing beats a hot soak in the tub after a long day. Now you can make your soaking experience even more relaxing and effective when you use our Salt Soaks. Our blends of bath salts offer different benefits including increased relaxation that can lead to a better night’s sleep, improved circulation, and can help ease tension and reduce aches and pains. High in Magnesium and packed with Minerals essential to your body, our soaks will help replenish your skin, body and mind.

Although there is really no downside to taking a hot bath, it is important to check with your doctor first if you have heart disease or low blood pressure as hot water can temporarily lower blood pressure.

If you have never had an Epsom salt bath, consider testing a patch of skin with the soak prior to submerging your whole body. Avoid submerging broken skin in an Epsom salt bath, and stop using if you experience any of the following:

  • Itchy skin

  • Allergic reactions

  • Skin infection

I recommend using 1-2 cups of bath salts per use. More than that can make your bath very slippery and can also be drying to the skin. Soak for at least 15 minutes
